Shape high‑quality parts with precision and pride

Join our Jonesboro, AR manufacturing team as a key contributor on second shift. You’ll set the pace for safe, accurate, and efficient production by preparing and running metal stamping equipment while partnering with teammates on continuous improvement.

Schedule & Pay

  • 2nd shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM (4/10s)
  • $2.00/hour shift differential

A day in the life

You arrive, review the production plan and blueprints, and begin tooling your press for the first run. With calipers and micrometers in hand, you verify critical dimensions and make micro‑adjustments. If a machine misbehaves, your mechanical troubleshooting gets it back on beat. You might hop on a forklift to stage coils or dies, then support a quick tool/die/mold changeover. Throughout the shift, you keep the area spotless and safe, and you trade notes with teammates on how tomorrow can be even better than today.

What you’ll handle

  • Set up and run punch and stamping presses for scheduled production
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime
  • Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) for in‑process checks
  • Interpret blueprints to achieve correct setups and part quality
  • Maintain an orderly, compliant, and safe work environment
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and standard work
  • Assist with tool, die, and mold setups to optimize throughput
  • Operate a forklift as needed for material movement and setups

What you bring

  • Hands‑on manufacturing experience
  • Strong knack for mechanical troubleshooting
  • Background in configuring machines for repeatable production runs
  • Familiarity with tool/die/mold setup processes
  • Ability to read and apply information from blueprints
  • Proficiency using calipers and micrometers
  • Team‑first mindset and drive for continuous improvement

Equipment you’ll operate

  • Punch Press
  • Stamping Press

If you’re energized by precise work, fast problem‑solving, and steady improvement, we’d love to meet you.
