This is not a "general labor" role. We are looking for a technical specialist who can balance the precision of a fabricator with the efficiency of a logistics pro. You will be the engine of our shop—processing custom orders, managing high-value inventory, and ensuring our B2B clients get exactly what they need, exactly when they need it.

Core Responsibilities: Processing & Operations

• Precision Fabrication: Set up and operate industrial equipment—including Hydraulic Shears, Band Saws, and Mag Drills—to process orders to exact customer tolerances.
• Logistics & Fulfillment: Manage the full order lifecycle: from picking and cutting to staging and shipping.
• Fleet Operations: Safely operate the company’s 21' flatbed delivery truck for regional client fulfillment (Class D License mandatory).
• Inventory Merchandising: Oversee warehouse stock control, receiving new material, and maintaining a high-standard, "shop-ready" floor for customer tours.
• Technical Consultation: Assist customers with material selection, providing expert guidance on metal types and processing capabilities.
• Safety Leadership: Maintain a zero-compromise safety culture while operating forklifts and heavy machinery.

Technical Qualifications

• Mechanical Aptitude: Prior experience with power tools, fabrication, or industrial machinery is required.
• The "Shop Math" Standard: Mastery of precision measuring (tape measures to the 1/16th, squares, decimals, and fractions).
• Physical Capability: Ability to remain active in a fast-paced warehouse environment and lift up to 60 lbs unassisted.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with B2B clients and coordinate effectively with the sales team.
• Compliance: A clean driving record and a valid Louisiana Class D license are mandatory for this role.
