Strong layout ability including blueprint reading, snap lines, and wall placement
Hands-on “working foreman” mentality (actively working in the field)
OSHA 10 certification
Fall protection knowledge
Comfortable working at extreme heights (Up to ~400 ft)

Daily responsibilities include performing detailed layout, interpreting blueprints, snapping lines, and guiding metal framing installation. The Framing Foreman will operate independently with minimal oversight while coordinating closely with superintendents and subcontractors. This role requires maintaining strict safety standards, including OSHA and fall protection compliance, especially at extreme heights. The Framing Foreman will also assist with oversight of subcontractor performance and overall jobsite productivity.
