Core responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor fabrication machinery for consistent output.
  • Program part files; read blueprints; execute in-process inspections and quality checks.
  • Perform finishing tasks: drilling, tapping, and deburring to specification.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and make light equipment repairs.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing and Shipping to organize materials and verify counts.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized; take on additional duties as assigned by Supervision.

Basic qualifications

  • Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
  • Strength and mobility to reach and grasp; lift 75 lbs; and push, pull, or slide heavy items.
  • Strong hand–arm coordination for precise material handling.
  • Comfort stooping, bending, and squatting during tasks.
  • Mechanical proficiency plus computer competency; willing to operate industrial machinery.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Skilled at interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.
  • Experience as a foreman or warehouse trainer.
