M&A advises corporate and PE clients across inorganic growth/divestiture scenarios through M&A strategy, diligence, integration/separation planning and execution, financial and modeling services, and transaction financing.
Within M&A, the Integration & Divestiture Strategy and Governance team supports Life Sciences organizations through integrations, carve-outs, and separations from announcement through close and post-close execution. The team focuses on governance design, decision-making, workplan orchestration, risk management, and value capture to help clients navigate transaction complexity and execute against strategic objectives. The team provides tailored services to the biopharmaceutical, medical technology, and generics segments. Our dedicated industry professionals work with companies in each of these segments to help them address the challenges and opportunities of the evolving health care ecosystem.
