The M&A Attorney provides end-to-end legal support for the company's strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, investments, and partnerships. They lead deal execution, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and manage legal due diligence across various areas such as corporate governance, contracts, compliance, IP, and regulatory matters. They coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee timelines, and support post-closing activities. The role involves preparing materials for corporate approval, improving legal processes, and supporting related strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of M&A experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions independently. They must possess excellent communication skills, business judgment, and a thorough understanding of U.S. corporate law, with preferred experience in private company M&A and cross-border deals. The position requires a J.D. and active bar membership.
