- Plans weekly workloads, utilizes reporting tools, and ensures associates are trained and developed for consistent performance.
- Fosters a positive team culture, manages staffing, and promotes engagement and retention.
- Ensures inventory accuracy, asset protection, safety, and security compliance.
- Requires 3+ years retail management or visual merchandising experience, strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
