The Merchandising Team Manager leads a team to execute store operations, merchandising, and facilities activities to enhance customer experience and drive sales and profitability.
- Oversees inbound/outbound deliveries, inventory, and store fulfillment, ensuring efficient back-of-house operations.
- Manages front-of-house activities including product placement, floor sets, replenishment, and customer service.
- Collaborates with visual and selling teams to maintain merchandise presentation standards.
- Plans and schedules tasks, utilizing reporting tools to meet company priorities.
- Trains associates, sets clear expectations, and fosters a positive store culture focused on teamwork and results.
- Supports recruiting, onboarding, and associate development to ensure a strong, engaged team.
- Ensures inventory accuracy, asset protection, safety, and security compliance.
- Requires 3+ years retail management or visual merchandising experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
