:THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will support the coordination and execution of the merchandising teams' processes and tasks. Your flexibility, organization and attention to detail will enable the team to achieve sales growth and business objectives. You’ll be directly responsible for SKU maintenance, promotion management, marketing, contracts, store support, as well as general administrative support.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
• Maintains SKUs by ensuring they are accurate according to Merchant's discretion. This includes shelf tag requests, description charges, brand charges, style codes, feature codes, store classification changes, and markdowns
• Initiates and seeds offers for all promotions into Promo Advisor, utilizing print + master side by sides. Inputs all SKUs into offers and finalizes with pricing team
• Executes marketing sign requests, proofs sign requests, mag, and digital assets
• Maintains organized product samplesManages the contract process through close partnership with Buyer/Sr Buyer
• Creates contracts for brands based on markdowns, promotions, damages, and test details. Collects/stores signed contracts and provides routine contract status and summaries to the team
• Submits pricing requests, new SKU setups, existing SKU coding changes, enters markdowns, initiates exit strategies (RTV/DIF) and adds new SKUs to the open to buy tracker for planograms. Provides shelf strip proofing support to assistant buyers
• Provides proactive solutions to help desk tickets and prepares store memos and communication requests
• Maintains brand contacts, organizes brand/vendor meetings, and performs additional tasks as needed
THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
: The pay range for this position is $20.87 - $27.00 / Hour with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
