The Merchandizing Team is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Analyst to support our Front Store Merchandising organization in the candy category. This position will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience across 7,000+ stores. In this role you will be instrumental in delivering the best products and promotions to our customers by leveraging strong analytical skills to evaluate sales trends, identify opportunities and optimize merchandising strategies.
You will solve complex problems, develop actionable insights, and create mitigation strategies to address business challenges. With a focus on data driven decision-making, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions and enhance our product offerings and promotional effectiveness.
