The Merchandiser is responsible for restocking shelves, coolers, displays, end caps, and other store areas, ensuring product freshness through proper rotation, and merchandising with signage and pricing. They must maintain positive relationships with store personnel and drive a company vehicle. The ideal candidate pays attention to detail, takes work seriously, and enjoys a stable, repetitive work environment.
Physical and sensory requirements include operating hand trucks, carts, pallet jacks, and lift jacks; visually inspecting product dates; lifting up to 30 pounds overhead and 160 pounds to waist level; using handheld computer devices; obtaining a Texas Class C driver’s license; and passing OSHA forklift certification.
