• Data analysis of market trends, consumer behavior insights, monitoring product placement and inventory.
• Support the wider merchandising and operations team to maximize on sales and profitability.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Document workflows, SOPs, and operational findings to support ongoing team initiatives.

Profile

A successful Merchandise Operations Associate should have:

• Desirable: prior experience working with perishable or non-perishable foods or products.
• Analytical mindset, with strong Excel skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and process orientation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Offer

• Hourly pay between $32.00 - $35.00.
• Temp to hire.
• 3 month initial contract.
• 5x a week on site in the office.
