The Merchandise Manager oversees merchandising, inventory, and store operations to ensure a customer-ready environment and sales performance.
- Assist in leading team adherence to SOPs, policies, and compliance standards.
- Manage truck processing, planogram execution, visual standards, and inventory routines.
- Plan workloads, prioritize tasks, and coordinate staffing for daily operations.
- Ensure accurate pricing, promotional execution, and proper stock replenishment.
- Oversee product placement, backroom organization, and store cleanliness.
- Handle inventory control, RTVs, ASN receiving, and damages procedures.
- Train, coach, and develop team members for skill growth and compliance.
- Support asset protection efforts to reduce shrink.
- Perform managerial duties, including MOD coverage and operational oversight.
Required experience includes 3+ years of retail leadership. The role involves physical activities like lifting up to 50 pounds, working in a fast-paced environment, and flexible hours including nights and weekends. The pay range is $17.75 - $23.10/hour.
