As a Service Advisor, you will manage the service lane within a highly supported, appointment driven operation designed to remove friction and allow advisors to focus on client trust, accuracy, and results.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the end-to-end service experience for our clients
  • Review inspection findings and video MPIs with customers
  • Present maintenance and repair recommendations confidently
  • Coordinate promise times and ensure accurate repair documentation
  • Collaborate with technicians, parts and support teams

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Previous Service Advisor experience required (luxury preferred)
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and time management skills
  • Ability to perform in a structured, high-volume environment
  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers
  • Professional personal appearance
