COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL $85,000 $175,000+ PER YEAR

Compensation is based on experience, certifications, productivity, and skill level.

• Mercedes-Benz

• Other High-Line Imports

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4 years of automotive technician experience REQUIRED
• ASE Certified and/or OEM Certified preferred
• A-Level, B-Level, and C-Level technicians welcome
• Strong diagnostic and electrical repair skills preferred
• European luxury brand experience strongly preferred

Mercedes-Benz factory training will be provided for qualified candidates.

• MUST have a clean driving record
• NO exceptions whatsoever
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury dealership environment

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and repair luxury vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Perform advanced electrical and mechanical diagnostics
• Complete repair orders according to factory standards
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and management
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Keep work area clean and professional
• Follow dealership and manufacturer repair procedures
• Deliver premium-level workmanship and customer satisfaction

PROFESSIONAL DRESS CODE & SHOP EXPECTATIONS

This is a luxury automotive environment with high standards.

Candidates must maintain:

• Professional appearance
• Clean and organized workspace
• Proper shop conduct and professionalism at all times

MANDATORY TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

All new hires are required to complete all scheduled training in full.

Requirements include:

• 100% attendance mandatory
• No late arrivals
• No missed sessions
• No early departures
• Training is professionally structured and paid

Failure to complete required training may result in disqualification.
