Description
Lead daily field operations for a data center project
Coordinate subcontractors, enforce schedules, and ensure quality standards
Maintain a strong commitment to site safety, compliance, and project timelines
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and trades
Oversee logistics, inspections, and reporting on progress to executive stakeholders
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, including large-scale commercial or data center builds
Proven ability to lead field operations on complex, high-value projects
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable with travel and long-term assignments
Committed to safety, schedule, and quality on-site
Candidates from reputable subcontractors encouraged
