My client is a well-established mechanical contractor with over 35 years in business,$100M in annual revenue, and an $80M+ project backlog, supporting high-profile government, healthcare, and commercial projects throughout the East Coast. This hybrid Project Manager role offers ownership of multiple mechanical construction projects, strong compensation, bonus potential, and the opportunity to grow with a company experiencing significant expansion.
Job Description- The MEP Project manager will be on-site in Cherry Point NC 2 days per week and flexible to work remote for the remainder of the week
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion, while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Oversee the procurement and allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all project activities.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Resolve project-related issues and implement solutions in a timely manner

The Successful Applicant
A successful MEP/Mechanical Project Manager should have: - A strong understanding of construction project management within Mechanical project scopes
