This hybrid Project Manager role offers ownership of multiple mechanical construction projects, strong compensation, bonus potential, and the opportunity to grow with a company experiencing significant expansion.

Job Description
  • The MEP Project manager will be on-site in Cherry Point NC 2 days per week and flexible to work remote for the remainder of the week
  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion, while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Oversee the procurement and allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all project activities.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Resolve project-related issues and implement solutions in a timely manner
