The MEP Project Manager (MTA) - Civil Construction in Queens, NY will have opportunity to transition into a Sr. Project Manager/Project Executive - the general contractor likes to promote from within. Our client is hiring due to winning a few new projects recently, and are positioned strongly for the next few years.

Description

  • Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP systems in construction projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
  • Oversee budgets and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate procurement and delivery of MEP-related materials and equipment.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues related to MEP systems.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
