Description
As the MEP Manager, reporting to senior operational leadership, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP scopes across major commercial projects.
You will:
Lead full MEP lifecycle from preconstruction to commissioning
Oversee mechanical, electrical, and specialty trade partners
Review drawings, specs, and submittals for constructability and alignment
Resolve field issues and support real‑time technical problem‑solving
Coordinate systems integration, QA/QC, and turnover processes
Lead cost control, risk tracking, and change management
Maintain accurate documentation through construction management platforms
Profile
5+ years of experience overseeing MEP scopes on large commercial or mission‑critical builds
Strong background in mechanical, electrical, controls, and commissioning practices
Experience with technical facilities such as labs, data centers, or industrial projects
Ability to lead trade partners, drive accountability, and ensure quality delivery
Strong communication and coordination skills across cross‑functional teams
Willingness to travel for major project assignments
Ability to thrive in a high‑growth, fast‑moving construction environment
