Support and mentor in-house MEP professionals, driving continuous improvement from project pursuits through turnover.Win Work, Build Relationships: Collaborate with Client Executives on project pursuits, RFP responses, and interviews. Forge lasting relationships with clients, architects, and engineers, embodying Dimeo's commitment to integrity and partnership.Deliver Excellence: Guide andexpediteMEP systems with a relentless focus on budget, safety, schedule, and quality. Resolve major project issues, support operations reporting, and ensure every clientobjectiveis met—during and beyond project completion.Strategize and Innovate: Develop and implement project safety plans,identifyrisks, and create strategic solutions.
