An exciting opportunity is available for a MEP Mechanical Engineering Manager in Miami, FL with a full-service consulting engineering firm supporting commercial, institutional, industrial, municipal, residential, utility, infrastructure, and high-rise building services projects. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Mechanical PE to lead HVAC and plumbing design, mentor a team of engineers and designers, oversee projects through 100% IFC and signed-and-sealed permit sets, and play a key role in upcoming fall projects.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this MEP Mechanical Engineering Manager position include:
Salary: $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including comprehensive medical coverage through United Healthcare with ECF contributing 50% of medical coverage for employee, employee plus spouse, and employee plus family, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off based on years of experience, short-term disability covered by the company, long-term disability available at the employee’s expense, a $15,000 life insurance policy covered by the company, additional life insurance available at the employee’s expense, relocation packages, and annual bonus eligibility for management personnel based on KPI scores at year-end.
