Description
- Prepare detailed mechanical estimates for large projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and system designs
- Participate in design‑assist and value engineering efforts
- Collaborate with project teams during handover
- Support pricing strategy and risk assessment
- Contribute to early‑stage project planning
Profile
- Estimating experience with a mechanical or MEP contractor
- Strong understanding of complex building systems
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, design‑heavy environment
- Experience with large project pursuits preferred
- General Contractor estimators will not be considered
