This is a full-time, in-person position.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with electrical and mechanical equipment vendors, design engineers, clients, and subcontractors.Purchase electrical and mechanical equipment and coordinate submittals.Assist with electrical and mechanical cost estimates and drawing coordination.Support construction of large-scale mission critical facilities (e.g., data centers) and office buildings.Develop project scopes and schedules, coordinate change orders and RFIs, and manage project budgets and cost control.Supervise subcontractors and vendors, maintaining professional relationships with owners' representatives, architects, engineers, and clients.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, related field, or equivalent experience.2+ years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.Extensive experience managing construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects.Experience developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, and managing project budgets and cost control.Strong ability to manage relationships with owners' representatives, architects, engineers, and clients, while supervising subcontractors and vendors.Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
