The ideal candidate will work on a wide variety of projects and sectors and must have Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) estimating experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying or a related engineering field, plus minimum 7 years' MEP experience preferred.
Provide high level cost estimates for various cost studies, and projects for Transportation Industrial, Manufacturing or Commercial projects.
Work independently with engineers to provide cost estimates and reconcile with contractor bids.
Fluent in MS Excel, On- Screen takeoff and SharePoint document control.
