What You’ll Do:
- Build deep, transformative connections through individual therapy
- Manage a thriving caseload of 25- 28 clients per week
- Complete assessments and create effective, personalized treatment plans
- Keep clear and timely documentation so you can focus more on what you love — helping people
- Collaborate with an awesome, encouraging clinical team that shares your passion
What You Bring:
- Licensed as an LCSW-C and LCPC in Maryland
- A heart for helping others and experience in a mental health setting
