Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support to patients in the inpatient adult unit • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming • Facilitate communication between patients and staff members • Monitor and report any changes in patient behavior or condition • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required • Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, or counseling) preferred • Current certification in CPR and first aid • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
