What Makes This Role Different
Sustainable Caseload (Designed to Prevent Burnout)- Full-time: ~30-40 hours/week
- Includes both client sessions AND admin time (built into your schedule)

Compensation- $50/hour for client sessions
- $20/hour for administrative time
- Typical full-time earnings: $70,000–$95,000 annually

Trauma-Informed & Inclusive Environment

What You’ll Do- Provide individual, family, children, and/or couples therapy
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation
- Collaborate with clinicians and participate in consultation
- Support ethical, client-centered care
What We’re Looking For- Active Wisconsin license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
- Comfortable with a range of populations (or open to expanding)
- Willingness to work at least one evening per week
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Alignment with trauma-informed, collaborative care
Preferred (not required):- Credentialed with insurance panels, Medicaid, or Medicare
Schedule & Flexibility
Flexible scheduling within:- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
You’ll have autonomy to build a schedule that works for you and your clients.
