Compensation 

  • $52/hour for client sessions
  • $15/hour for administrative time
  • Full-time clinicians (30 hours/week) typically earn ~$68,000–$75,000 annually, depending on caseload consistency
  • Compensation reflects the full scope of your work, including documentation, treatment planning, and care coordination

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in consultations
  • Support a safe, ethical, and client-centered care environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Wisconsin license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
  • Comfortable working with a range of populations (e.g., children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families), or openness to expanding clinical scope over time
  • Willingness to work at least one evening per week
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Alignment with trauma-informed, collaborative care values

Preferred but not required:

  • Currently credentialed with insurance panels and/or Wisconsin Medicaid/Medicare

Schedule & Flexibility

Flexible scheduling within our operating hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

You have autonomy to build a schedule that works for you and your clients.
