Ellie Mental Health is a growing, multi-clinic practice focused on ending the stigma around mental health. We’re built to reduce therapist burnout—more focus on direct client care, and a genuinely supportive team culture.

We’re hiring a therapist to join our Meridian, ID clinic. If you enjoy working with individuals, couples, kids/adolescents, families, or a mix, and value flexibility, creativity, and authentic connection with clients and coworkers, you’ll feel right at home here! What You’ll Do 

  • Provide therapy, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning (DSM-5)
  • Maintain a caseload of a minimum 25 client sessions per week
  • Complete documentation in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
  • Use evidence-based and creative interventions
  • Attend clinical meetings and trainings
What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
  • Licensed in Idaho (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LPC, LMSW)
  • Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Experience with kids/teens and/or couples/families preferred
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with diverse populations
Bonus (not required): Gottman, EFT, Play Therapy, Sand Tray, trauma-informed care, insurance credentialing

Compensation: $68,800.00 - $103,000.00 per year
