Propulsion Engineer

We are looking for a Propulsion Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the development, integration, testing, and continuous improvement of advanced propulsion systems for UAV platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and integrate internal combustion engine (ICE)-based and VTOL propulsion systems. 
Plan, execute, and support propulsion system testing and validation activities. 
Analyze test data and prepare technical reports. 
Prepare and maintain engine-related technical documentation, including drawings, work instructions, and technical notes. 
Develop and continuously improve test methods, procedures, and test setups. 
Support the selection, integration, and validation of propulsion system components, including engines, propellers, and fuel system elements. 
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle. 
Identify technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective engineering solutions. 
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging propulsion technologies. 

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. 
Experience working with internal combustion engines, propulsion systems, or mechanical systems. 
Knowledge of propulsion system integration and testing. 
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation. 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and ability to work in a dynamic environment. 
Good teamwork and communication skills. 
Good command of English. 
Considered an Advantage:
Experience with UAV or VTOL propulsion systems. 
Experience with test equipment and data acquisition systems. 
Knowledge of fuel systems and engine calibration. 
Familiarity with electric propulsion systems. 
Experience using CAD software.
