We are seeking compassionate and licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our team in California City, CA. The ideal candidates will provide therapeutic services, support mental health recovery, and deliver evidence-based treatment to individuals experiencing behavioral and emotional challenges.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
• Provide crisis intervention and support when required

Must-Have Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical field
• Active LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license in the state of California
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience

Nice-To-Have Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health, correctional health, or community mental health settings
• Experience with crisis intervention and trauma-informed care

Education & Certification

• Master's degree in a related clinical field (required)
