Job Summary:
• This position involves providing specialized mental health therapy, focusing on OCD treatment.
• Full-time employment requires a 40-hour work week, including some evening and weekend availability.
• Candidates must be comfortable using digital platforms for therapy sessions and documentation.

Requirements:
• 40-hour work week with 25 hours of direct clinical work per week
• Availability for 10 hours of weeknight/weekend sessions after 5pm local time
• Participation in cross-license application process during onboarding
• Open to treating children and adolescents after training
• Masters Degree required
• Practical experience in independent diagnosing required
• Organized, quick learner with excellent communication skills

Qualifications:
• Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Washington
• At least 6 months of experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., ERP, CBT, ACT)
• Experience with treating OCD preferred
• Comfortable and efficient with using technology
• Reliable internet access and confidential, private location for remote work
• Ambitious and ready for a goal-driven environment
