The clinician works with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, case managers, peer support specialists. Assessment, solution focused therapy, consultation on discharge planning, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and agencies to provide linkage to care.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 - 5pm
Location: On-Site
The Facility Based Crisis (FBC) Center is a community-based facility that serves as an alternative to inpatient hospitalization whenappropriate. The FBC is a 16-bed facility operating 24/7/365 for adults aged 18 and over experiencing behavioral, emotional, psychological, detox, or other acute crisis stabilization needs. The FBC provides short-term intensive evaluation, treatment intervention or behavioral management to stabilize acute or crisis situations:
Assessment and evaluation

Linkage to services that will provide further treatment or rehabilitation upon release.
