Summary Assists nursing staff in observing and monitoring behavior and physical state of patients with emotional and/or behavioral problems. Performs basic patient care tasks including assisting patients with personal hygiene and other regular daily living activities in accordance with nursing care plans. Establishes therapeutic relationships with patients and encourages their participation in recreational and other therapeutic activities. This position will require successful completion of a Level II Background Screening.
Education Essential: • High School Diploma or GED
Experience Essential: • One Year
Credentials Essential: • BLS certification through AHA or American Red Cross
