Summary DWC seeks a full-time Clinical Supervisor (LCSW, LMFT) to provide clinical oversight and supervision to unlicensed clinicians working across DWC programs. This position will train and model crisis intervention skills and provide clinical guidance to a multi-disciplinary team. An ideal candidate will lead, inspire, and motivate a team of professionals whose primary goal is to provide holistic, trauma-informed care to women in the Skid Row community. This position will foster a strengths-based culture in treatment planning and service delivery. This position is a member of the Clinical Department and will report directly to the Clinical Director. Supervisory Responsibility This position has supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM, however based on the needs of the program some evening or weekend hours may be required. This role is required to be on-call during holidays as scheduled. Travel Minimal travel for trainings and/or conferences as directed Work Location Expectation to work either in the field or the office at least three days per week. Must be able to work on-site as scheduled for in-person meetings and training. Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications
Pay Range $95,000-$95,500/yearly Work Authorization Being authorized to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment. DWC does not sponsor employment visas, such as H-1B.
