Join TIP OF THE SPEAR CLINICAL THERAPY as a Mental Health Provider (AMFT, ASW, APCC) in Murrieta, CA! This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs.
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote client well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment.
- Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities.
- Participate in community outreach and education initiatives.
- Foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for clients.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Current registration as AMFT, ASW of APCC in California.
- Experience in clinical settings with diverse populations preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.
- Compassionate demeanor with a client-centered approach.
- Knowledge of mental health regulations and ethical practices.
- Willingness to work with all ages.
- Spanish speaking is preferred, not required.
