Case Management, Community and Social Services, Crisis Intervention, Psychiatry and Mental Health
Provides crisis assessment, crisis intervention, evaluative and case management services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness, children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbances and their families, collaborating with medical and other allied personnel, in diagnosis and care coordination planning. Will assist in developing and maintaining relationships and will collaborate with faith-based organizations in the community. Will provide culturally competent, trauma-informed services specific to the community served.
