What Youll Do
- Conduct mental health screenings and assessments using available records and clinical interviews
- Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on evaluations of needs and functioning
- Provide appropriate mental health counseling and crisis interventions to address identified needs
- Maintain complete, accurate documentation of treatment and evaluation activities in the health care record
- Apply knowledge of psychological counseling theory and techniques to services for your caseload
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive materials and information at all times
What You Need

- Active LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
- Ability to perform assigned functions with a pace and level consistent with job performance requirements
- Open availability to work per CoreCivic scheduling policy (Tuesday starts)

This assignment places you in a Mental Health Coordinator role planning and delivering non-medical clinical mental health services within a facility environment.
