What Youll Do
- Conduct mental health screenings and assessments of inmates
- Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention to address inmate needs
- Document all treatment and evaluation activities accurately
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of psychological counseling techniques
- Collaborate with facility staff to ensure quality mental health care
What You Need
- Valid LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license
- Relevant mental health experience (preferred)
- Ability to perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver crisis interventions
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- US Citizenship and social security card required for facility clearance
