What Youll Bring to the Role:
- Active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in correctional or facility-based settings
- Bilingual abilities or multicultural competence
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care approaches
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Masters degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work day shifts, including weekends, on an 8-hour schedule
- US Citizenship is required for ICE clearance; expedited clearance is available
- Candidates must pass thorough background and credit investigations
- Willingness to obtain and maintain ICE clearance (taking approximately 4-6 weeks) before starting
- Open availability to accommodate scheduling needs per client policies
This position offers a competitive pay rate of $52.26 per hour, with a 40-hour workweek, and benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick time, and a robust referral bonus program.
