What You’ll Bring to the Role:
  • Active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
  • Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and adherence to confidentiality standards
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working in correctional or facility-based settings
  • Bilingual abilities or multicultural competence
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care approaches
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

Preferred Education & Experience:
  • Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting

Other Requirements:
  • Availability to work day shifts, including weekends, on an 8-hour schedule
  • US Citizenship is required for ICE clearance; expedited clearance is available
  • Candidates must pass thorough background and credit investigations
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain ICE clearance (taking approximately 4-6 weeks) before starting
  • Open availability to accommodate scheduling needs per client policies

This position offers a competitive pay rate of $52.26 per hour, with a 40-hour workweek, and benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick time, and a robust referral bonus program.
