Job Title: Mental Health Coordinator (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Location: Eloy, AZ 85131
Job Type: Contract (12 Weeks)

Schedule:
Shift: 5x8-Hour Shifts (Day Shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Guaranteed Hours: Based on facility requirements

Job Summary:
The Mental Health Coordinator is responsible for planning and providing clinical mental health services of a non-medical nature within the facility. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering counseling services to support patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews

  • Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans

  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical activities

  • Ensure strict confidentiality of patient information

  • Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques effectively

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including 2 years in a similar role

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field

  • Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the practicing state

  • Minimum age of 18 years

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license (if required by facility)

Additional Information:

  • Start days are typically Wednesdays

  • Candidates must provide required documents on Day 1, including a physical Social Security card and identification for facility clearance

  • U.S. Citizenship required for clearance
