Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking a full time Clinic Specialist (Skill Builder Specialist), to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support for our Transitional Age program. Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer.
The Clinical Specialist is a clinically focused role responsible for teaching essential skills to young adults with Mental Health using Positive Behavior techniques, systematic instruction, and ongoing assessment. This position develops and implements individualized strategies that promote growth, independence, and meaningful progress. The Clinical Specialist also provides consultative guidance and mentorship to team members, supporting high‑quality service delivery and consistent use of evidence‑based practices across the program.

Minimum Requirements:
One of the following:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Education or related Human Services field
Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field with three years experience in human services field
Effective communication and proficient computer skills
Valid driver's license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications
