As a Mental Health Associate (MHA) in our inpatient programs, youll be a vital part of the treatment team-supporting patients during critical moments in their mental health journey and helping create a safe, therapeutic environment where healing can begin.
This role is well-suited for individuals who are empathetic, resilient, and motivated by purposeful, hands-on work.
About the Role
Mental Health Associates work directly with patients of all ages within Brook Lanes inpatient units. Youll collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, and providers to support treatment plans and ensure patient safety, dignity, and engagement in care.
Each shift brings variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real difference.
