Position Summary

The Men's Clothing Sales Associate delivers a bestinclass customer experience by driving sales, providing expert product knowledge, and maintaining a visually compelling sales floor. This role focuses on building client relationships, executing merchandise recovery,and accurately communicating merchandiseonhand opportunities to support store performance and profitability.

Merchandising & Presentation

  • Execute daily merchandise recovery to ensure the sales floor is neat, organized, and visually appealing.

  • Support floor set execution, replenishment, folding standards, and visual direction as assigned.

  • Ensure merchandise is properly sized, signed, tagged, and displayed according to company standards.
Inventory & Operations

  • Verify merchandise-on-hand (MOH) accuracy by checking stockroom and sales floor quantities.

  • Identify, document, and communicate out-of-stock issues, replenishment needs, and inventory discrepancies.

  • Assist with shipment processing, product organization, and inventory control procedures.

  • Adhere to all operational policies and asset protection guidelines.

Qualifications

For paid holidays, associates who are eligible for paid vacation (MTO) are also eligible for eight paid holidays during the calendar year.
