Responsible for system-level validation, failure analysis, characterization, and experimentation of customer systems. Run and configure diagnostic software, design experiments, analyze and interpret data, create custom tools (Hardware and Software), and present data to customers both inside and outside Micron. Provide technical customer integration support at customer locations. Use a variety of equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, signal generators, multi-meters, etc. Drive best-in-class system performance by configuring and verifying internal and external IPs. Work with other engineers within the HBM team, Product Engineering, FAE, Quality Assurance, and business unit teams. Debug Micron Product Customer Failures by applying diagnostics and internal proprietary testing to reproduce the original failure.
