Are you competitive, outgoing, and motivated by results? We’re looking for a Membership Sales Specialist who can drive enrollments, build relationships, and grow our gym community.
What You’ll Do:
Actively sell memberships and hit monthly goals
Turn walk-ins, calls, and leads into new members
Give tours and confidently present membership options
Follow up with prospects and close deals
Promote specials, referrals, and community outreach
Deliver a high-energy, sales-driven experience every day

Strong sales mindset and confidence closing deals
Excellent communication and people skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Experience in sales, fitness, or customer service (preferred)
