What your future day will look like: - Serve as the primary relationship manager for members across South Carolina, delivering attentive and personalized support.
- Guide prospective members through the decision process while showcasing the value and impact of participation.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute regional events that drive engagement, networking, and professional development.
- Build strategic connections with education, workforce, and economic partners to support industry initiatives.
- Conduct new member orientations and ensure onboarding experiences are welcoming, informative, and engaging.
- Track member activity, outreach, and engagement in the CRM while collaborating with internal teams.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:- Experience in relationship?driven client support, member services, or community engagement
- Strong event planning and coordination skills with attention to detail and follow?through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, welcoming presence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working within CRM systems
- Flexibility to travel regionally and work occasional evenings for events
- Lives 25 miles from Columbia, SC
