Position: Family First Club Membership Coordinator
Earning Potential:$30+/hr with performance pay (Yes — you can absolutely earn more when you help our members stay protected and taken care of.)
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the heartbeat of our membership program — the person who ensures our Family First members feel valued, supported, and taken care of year‑round.
Your responsibilities include:
- Growing our membership program through new sign‑ups, renewals, and win‑backs
- Following up quickly on inbound membership inquiries
- Spotting membership opportunities in service calls and replacement estimates
- Preventing avoidable cancellations by resolving payment or renewal issues
- Working at‑risk, inactive, and canceled lists to recover members
- Protecting recurring revenue by keeping membership data accurate
- Handling escalated membership concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Tracking trends and alerting leadership to risks or opportunities
- Keeping clean, organized records in ServiceTitan
- Collaborating with Contact Center, Accounting, and Marketing to support member initiatives
