Member Services Senior Representative

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Considerable knowledge of banking procedures gained through experience as a teller
• Working knowledge of office software and equipment

Licensure/Registration/Certification:

• Valid driver’s license

Receives and processes cash/banking type transactions and maintains appropriate levels of cash according to established policies and procedures. Works independently at off site facilities and/or acts as a backup for specified trained positions.
