POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for customer service and member education functions of the CareLink program. Provides excellent customer service assistance to all customer/members while serves as a liaison between members and the providers. Educates members and community regarding benefits, requirements and other components of the CareLink program. Must have sound knowledge of schedule of benefits and how it relates to other funding sources. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High school graduation or its equivalency is required. One year of college level courses in business, health care administration or related courses is preferred. Minimum of one year related insurance experience is preferred. Health care problem resolution experience is preferred.
